1. Services
The Framer School provides live online training programs, educational content, workshops, and related learning resources focused on Framer, web design, and modern website building.
We reserve the right to modify, update, improve, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
The information you provide is accurate and complete
You are responsible for ensuring you have the required internet access and devices needed to participate in online sessions
3. Enrollment and payments
All pricing is displayed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment has been received through our payment provider, Nestuge.com.
By making a payment, you agree to our Refund Policy.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Once the bootcamp has started and the first live class has been delivered, all payments become non-refundable.
5. Access and participation
Enrollment grants you access to the live bootcamp and any included resources for personal educational use only.
You agree not to:
Share or redistribute course materials
Resell access to the program
Record, reproduce, or distribute live sessions without permission
Use the content for commercial teaching or training purposes
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, recordings, content, frameworks, branding, and educational resources provided by The Framer School remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal learning purposes only.
7. No guarantees
The Framer School provides educational training intended to help participants develop practical skills.
However, we do not guarantee:
Employment opportunities
Client acquisition
Financial results or income
Specific business or career outcomes
Results may vary depending on individual effort, experience, and application.
8. Code of conduct
We aim to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who:
Disrupts classes or community spaces
Harasses instructors or other participants
Engages in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Scheduling and availability
Class schedules, instructors, and program structure may occasionally change when necessary.
We reserve the right to:
Reschedule sessions
Substitute instructors
Update curriculum or lesson structure
Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate important changes in advance.
10. Third-party services
Our services may integrate or rely on third-party platforms and tools, including:
Nestuge.com for payments
Google Analytics for website analytics
External communication or learning platforms
We are not responsible for downtime, issues, or policies related to third-party services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Framer School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the program.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.
