Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all enrollments in The Framer School live bootcamp.
1. General policy
Due to the nature of our live, cohort-based training program and limited class sizes, all payments are subject to the refund terms outlined below.
2. No refunds after the program starts
Once the bootcamp has started and the first live class has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance or partial participation.
3. Refunds before the program starts
You may request a refund before the first live session begins, subject to the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the first class
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted
4. Missed classes
Missing live sessions does not qualify for a refund
Where available, access to class recordings may be provided for catch-up purposes
5. Transfers
If you are unable to attend the current cohort:
You may request to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort
Transfer requests must be made before the program begins
Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability
6. Exceptional cases
We understand that unforeseen situations may occur.
Refund or transfer requests outside this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Approval is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Immediate loss of access to the program and materials
Permanent restriction from future cohorts
